We’re aware that YouTube downloads are currently no longer working in our app due to recent major changes made by YouTube.
Our team is actively investigating the issue and working on a fix. We understand how frustrating this is, especially for users who rely on YouTube downloads, and we sincerely appreciate everyone who has reported problems and shared details with us.
Because a large number of users have been affected, we have temporarily suspended new license purchases and existing license renewals while we work to resolve the issue. App access will remain free for all users until YouTube downloads are working again, which may take a while given the extent of the changes done by the platform.
We believe this is the fairest approach while the core download functionality is temporarily unavailable for many users.

Update (October 2025): Thank you for your patience while we worked to resolve the download issues. We sincerely apologize for how long it took and understand the frustration. We’re happy to share that YouTube downloads are now fully working again. As a result of this update, we're resuming new license purchases and renewals.
